Kaitlyn McDonald

PT, DPT Physical Therapist

Kaitlyn is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they enjoy most. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Exercise Science from the University of New England in 2017 and went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in 2024. She is certified in dry needling and Level 1 of the Burdenko Method.


Kaitlyn has a strong clinical interest in outpatient orthopedics, where she integrates hands-on techniques with progressive exercise programs to support recovery and improve function. She completed full-time clinical rotations in both outpatient orthopedic and school-based settings, allowing her to work with a diverse patient population across the lifespan.

She believes in a patient-centered approach that combines manual therapy, individualized exercise, and education to empower patients and help them achieve their goals.

Outside of the clinic, Kaitlyn has been coaching gymnastics for over 10 years and brings that background into her understanding of movement, performance, and injury prevention. She also has a history in competitive gymnastics and was a captain of her college dance team.
