Staff Physical Therapist

Katherine Preshong is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in outpatient orthopedics with a focus on helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy. She takes a patient-centered, movement-based approach to care, emphasizing individualized treatment plans that address each patient’s goals and lifestyle. Katherine integrates hands-on techniques, exercise, and education to support long-term recovery and improved function. She has a strong clinical interest in post-operative rehabilitation, lower extremity conditions, and dry needling.

Katherine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (2016) and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2018) from Husson University.

She has advanced training in Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Blood Flow Restriction, Spinal Manipulation, and is a certified Clinical Instructor.



Outside of the clinic, Katherine enjoys staying active, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. She lives in southern New Hampshire and serves the northern Massachusetts community.
